Creating Relationships
The Foundation Skills to Increase Productivity with Anyone

del Fuego has developed a proprietary, language based system that offers organizations the skills to know how to relate to, motivate and inspire people in order to create relationship first.

The del Fuego system has been used successfully for the last 15 years in organizations of all sizes to increase sales, coaching, team building and leadership success. It provides a step by step approach to creating relationship with any individual, including handling conflict and creating the work environment that is focused not only on business objectives, but on an understanding of the personal value the individual brings to the work. The information in the del Fuego’s training creates the ability to know someone and work well with them – a capability that usually happens over time with trial and error.

RESULTS
Managers and employees who complete the training attain a strategic approach to use with every person with whom they work, individualizing the process and creating stronger relationships. The result is a fundamental shift in the way individuals relate to one another and a significant decrease in the time it takes to establish the relationship. Specifically, participants learn:

Creating Relationship includes two days of training as well as product support which includes three audio CDs and del Fuego’s Relationship Genius software. The two day facilitation, audio CDs fully supports the individual’s success in the previous “intangible” area of manager/employee relationship.
